Terms of Use

Effective date: 15 July 2026

These terms govern your use of core-ai.net. They’re short because this is an informational website — there’s nothing to sign up for, nothing to buy, and nothing to log into.

Who you’re dealing with
#

This site is operated by Francisco Perdigon Romero, doing business as Core-AI, from Montreal, Quebec, Canada.

What this site is
#

A description of our services and how we think about building private AI systems. That’s it.

Nothing on this site is an offer, a quote, or a contract. Descriptions of services, timelines, and approaches are illustrative. If we work together, the actual terms live in a signed agreement between us — not on this page, and not in anything you read here.

Nothing here is professional advice. Articles and explanations are general information. Your situation — especially anything touching privacy law, compliance, or regulated data — needs specific advice about your facts.

Using the site
#

You may read it, link to it, and quote it with attribution.

Please don’t: break it, probe it for vulnerabilities without telling us, scrape it in ways that degrade it for others, use it to send spam or unlawful material through the contact form, or misrepresent yourself as us.

If you want to test our security, we’d rather you told us[email protected]. We’ll respond in good faith.

The contact form
#

Submitting the form starts a conversation. It does not create a client relationship, an NDA, or any obligation on either side.

Don’t send confidential information through it. A first enquiry never requires it — see the Privacy Policy for exactly where a submission travels and who processes it.

Intellectual property
#

The content, design, logos, and code of this site belong to us, except where noted.

The Inter typeface is by Rasmus Andersson, used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1 (licence shipped at /fonts/Inter-LICENSE.txt). The site is built with Hugo and the Blowfish theme, under their own licences.

No warranty
#

The site is provided “as is.” We try to keep it accurate and available, but we don’t warrant that it’s error-free, current, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose. Links to other sites aren’t endorsements, and we’re not responsible for what’s on them.

Limitation of liability
#

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Quebec law.

Governing law
#

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the laws of Canada applicable there. Disputes go to the courts of the District of Montreal.

Changes
#

We may update these terms; the effective date above will change. Continuing to use the site means the current version applies.
